CorWorth Monitoring Systems holds provisional patents on the first monitoring systems ever created specifically for the parks & recreation industry. With these products, we can notify maintenance personnel when it’s time to change light bulbs, repair leaks, or empty garbage and waste products. We can lock and unlock doors automatically, detect vandalism, fire, freezing and other damaging events, and we can even supplement utilities to produce more efficient, safer and public-friendly parks & recreation facilities.

Howard Worthing, our CEO, has been in the building and manufacturing business since 1981. During the 80’s and 90’s, he ran a division of RFL, our subsidiary, and is known as a pioneer and leading innovator creating new products, new materials, and designs.

Steve Dawson is our Chairman and acting CFO. He is a private investor who serves on the boards of various public companies and has been involved in construction, development, real estate, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets since graduating from Texas A&M in 1980.
